24/7 Call/Text access: Google worm hole? Resource guidance? Symptom Check? Want to tell me something exciting? Vent? I’m here for it! Use as needed.
2-3 Prenatal Visits: These visits are for us to get to know each other and for you to get prepared. I share education and resources on childbirth and infant care, help you make a birth plan, get your nursery set up , try some hands on skills! Whatever you and your family needs to feel prepared and ready. (2-4 hours each session)
Birth Support - On call at 37 weeks until baby! : Advocacy, support, encouragement, and LITERAL hands-on help ( I will squeeze those hips, wipe your sweat, hold your hand, whatever feels good) I’m in the hospital within 90 min of your call. You’ll have me in your corner to support you in any decisions, coach you through your contractions, and help with mindset prep. If you are having a planned or unplanned cesarean birth I will be in the OR with you as well with any comfort needs you have.
2 Post Partum Visits: These are very customizable to what your family needs. Need someone to take care of baby while you sleep/shower/have some down time? Need help with chores or cooking? Need to spend time with an older sibling? I’m here to help with the transition to settling in at home.
Pricing $1,000 Please feel free to ask about payment plans if needed.
