Hi I’m Colleen!

(She/her)

Your journey deserves passionate support and fierce advocacy.

I'm a trained Full Spectrum Doula (certification eligible January 2027 through Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings) who believes every gestational person and family deserves individualized, trauma-informed care. Intersectionality, inclusivity, accessibility, and anti-oppression aren't just values I hold; they're woven into every aspect of how I show up for you.

  • Whatever your family looks like, I strive to foster feelings of trust, safety, and empowerment throughout your experience. From Cesarean births and Vbacs to Low/No intervention births, in Hospitals,Birth Centers, or your own home, I’m here to be in this journey with you every step of the way.

I’m a white, queer, neurodivergent, fat, witch, and I would be delighted to support Queer families, families with non-hetero/patriarchal normative structures, and birthing parents in marginalized bodies or identities.

However to keep myself and constellation of families I work with safe I am currently not available to see families who are not vaccinated. I also have a personal boundary of not working with “free/wild births”(births with no form of medical care involved) I support home births and low/no intervention births but do require access to medical care through a midwife/midwifery team!

  • I've spent 12 years nannying in the Greater Seattle Area, supporting and educating parents through the big transitions of bringing home a new baby or adjusting to a new sibling. I currently work in patient access at a local OBGYN clinic, where I get to build community and comfort with patients every day. That combination of hands-on family experience and clinical care shaped my path to doula work, kindled by a lifelong love of supporting people through life's biggest moments, and the sweet encouragement of my loved ones.

Now I get to bring that love of support, care, and advocacy directly to you: physical, emotional, and educational support during your life transitions. Birth to Death and everything in between.

  • There's a high chance I'm building a costume for a theme night, the local Ren Faire, or Halloween (even if it's February). You can catch me singing with Seattle Ladies Choir on Wednesdays, checking out local drag and burlesque shows, or winding down at home with my sweet elderly cat Puck and a good book (fantasy or unhinged FMCs, please). Puck and I are always up for a solid TV/movie binge day. I'm also on a never-ending quest for the best Caesar salad and fries in Seattle; recommendations welcome.
